Who is prohibited from the use of E-FIT?

A.

The equipment must not be used on people with heart disease, pacemakers or other electronic medical devices or during pregnancy. It is also not recommended for those with a predisposition to epileptic seizures or convulsions, infectious diseases, high fever, blood pressure related illnesses, skin disease (dry skin) or having metal body implants.

How much weight will i loose?

A.

We can guarantee that you will lose weight, but our biggest concern is your body composition! The goal is to reduce fat, get rid of cellulite, and tighten your skin all while we work on your 6-pack and lifting your buttocks! Average weight loss is 8-12 lbs per month! But this dependent upon each individual and their body composition!

When will i see the results?

A.

A Striking change can only be achieved through a complex process. A healthy diet combined with 2 to 3 workout sessions per week will produce visible changes after 10 occasions.

Can i use EFIT if i am pregnant or breasfeeding?

A.

No, E-Fit training it is not recommended for use during pregnancy nor during breastfeeding as lactic acid builds up from the high intensity training which can change the taste of the milk. Please take a look at our “Mommy Makeover” program!

What affect will EFIT training have on my skin?

A.

E-Fit training sessions result in tighter skin and can effectively reduce cellulite. We highly recommend it for young mothers and who wish to get back in to shape post-natal!

Will i get sore?

A.

Yes, soreness is most prominent after the first session as E-Fit works on deep muscle tissues and activates over 90% of your muscle fibers which are not possible with regular training. Muscle soreness can last 2-4 days after training.

Can i train more than 3x time on Efit per week?

A.

It is not recommended due to the high intensity! It is required to allow 2-3 days for regeneration. It is very important to have sufficient rest time as too little can produce symptoms of overexertion.

Is 2x 20- minute workout per week enough?

A.

The weekly amount of training recommended by us is 3 x 20 minutes! 3 training sessions are allowed with at least 48 hours of rest between due to high intensity full body workout! You can burn up to 1000 calories during sessions and even more overnight! This of course depends on the person’s size and fitness level!

What should I bring with me for the workout?

We have everything you need here! So all you need is to do is show up!

Who controls the traininig sessions?

Our training sessions take place with the assistance of qualified personal trainers who help you perform the exercise correctly.

Do I have to move or workout during the exercise?

A.

Yes, you do by performing the exercise suited to your capabilities and demonstrated by the fitness instructor. Performing the right exercise in line with the rhythm of the impulses significantly augments the favorable effects of EMS workout as opposed to exercising alone.

Is there a possibility of receiving and electric shock during the workout

A.

No, there is no possible way you can receive an electric shock during the workout as the equipment operates at low voltage using external power source or battery. The intensity of the generated impulses max is 0.05 Watt RMS.
